「韓國十月文化節」內容豐富 反應熱烈
2013 “Festival Korea” presents a wide range of Cultural and Art programs

每年十月,由大韓民國駐香港總領事館主辦的「韓國十月文化節」為香港市民帶來豐富的文化藝術節目。貫徹推動韓國文化及促進兩地精誠交流的宗旨,過去兩年合共舉辦四十多項活動,讓市民在香港多個地方感受韓國文化氣息。

Organized by the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Hong Kong, Festive Korea presents Hong Kong public wide range of cultural and art programs every October. Aims at promoting Korean culture and developing meaningful collaboration between the two places, Festive Korea hosted more than forty events in the past two year, allowing the public to experience Korean culture in various locations in Hong Kong.

本年「韓國十月文化節」,得到韓國外交部、韓國文化體育觀光部以及香港特別行政區的鼎力支持,共有十三個頂尖韓國藝術單位,愈八十位文藝界精英參與此盛會。為期七週的「韓國十月文化節」,共呈獻二十五項文化藝術節目,當中包括十場舞蹈音樂公演、六項藝術展覽、五場交流講座及放映二十一場電影,另外,更有韓港友好日、韓國食品製作坊和產品展銷會等,共吸引五十萬人次參加,反應熱烈。

With the official support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Korea and the Home Affairs Bureau of Hong Kong SAR Government, 13 top art units from Korea, over 80 art talents have participated in this year’s Festive Korea. This seven-week cultural fragrance presented 25 programs, including 10 dance and music shows, 6 exhibitions, 5 seminars and 21 films. In addition, Korea Hong Kong Friendship Day, Korean Food Mania and trade fairs were hosted. Total numbers of 500,000 audiences were received.

舞蹈表演
「韓國十月文化節」的開幕公演:「舞動韓風」,於二零一三年十月一日在理工大學賽馬會綜藝館打響頭砲。立法會主席曾鈺成,文化新聞界人士應邀出席,現場座無虛席,全場愈千座位爆滿。

Festive Korea kicked off as the opening performance ‘FLYING & Korean Traditional Dance’ staged in Jockey Club Auditorium of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University on 1 October 2013. President of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong Mr. Jasper Tsang, guests from culture industry and media attended the show. It was capacity houses with more than 1,000 audiences.

國家級首爾藝術團帶來的舞蹈,率先為觀眾呈現韓國的傳統藝術。五位演出《四物表演》的男舞者身穿黑衣白褲,頭戴飄帶帽子,一邊敲擊著鑼、鼓、杖鼓、手鑼,一邊轉動頭部,飄帶上下飛翻,將慶賀豐收的熱鬧氣氛帶到現場。優雅的女舞蹈員們徐徐揮動手中羽扇,飄逸旋轉,絢麗的服飾使一幕《扇舞》更加賞心悅目。此外,首爾藝術團亦獻上有彰顯男舞者才華的《重打舞》、諷刺社會矛盾的《老太太舞》等,讓香港觀眾能夠了解除了流行音樂、電視劇以外的韓國傳統文化藝術。

National dance troupe, Seoul Performing Art Company, first pleased the audience with fantasy of classical Korean dances. Five male dancers, with Sangmo hats on their heads and instruments (kwengari, drum, janggu and gong) on their hands, danced with bodies and souls, bringing festive atmosphere of harvest to the stage. Elegant actresses in brightly colored Hanbok then used fans painted with pink peony blossoms to display a show of ‘Fan Dance’. Besides, Seoul Performing Art Company played ‘Deotboegi Dance’ and ‘Grandma’s Dance’. Their performances allowed Hong Kong audiences to admire the essence of traditional Korean culture.

而首次來港公演、由韓國優秀體操選手表演的高難度無對白喜劇FLYING以機械體操、韻律體操、極限格鬥、B-Boying等講述一個英雄越時空追捕怪獸的故事。舞蹈員的誇張動作、故事的幽默情節,配合強勁的音響及燈光效果,精彩絕倫,表演團更即興邀請現場觀眾參與演出,將氣氛推到高潮。公演後隨即進行幸運抽獎,向觀眾送出來回首爾機票及尊貴化妝品套裝,得獎者滿載而歸。

It was the first time for no dialogue comedy FLYING to be in Hong Kong. Consisted of former national athletes and professionals in Gymnastics, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Cheerleading, Martial Arts and B-boying, the performing group told a time travel story of a goblin, a warrior and a monster. Dancers’ exaggerated actions, humorous story plots, powerful sound and lighting effects pushed the atmosphere to a climax. Audience was invited to take part in the show. Afterwards, free air tickets to Seoul and premier cosmetic products were given out by lucky draw.

本年「韓國十月文化節」首度與亞洲協會合作,於二零一三年十月二日在亞洲協會香港賽馬會廳舉行「韓國藝術之夜」,邀請了逾二百位來自香港藝術界、新聞界、學術界、體育界等多方嘉賓參與。中國香港體育協會暨奧林匹克委員會義務秘書長彭沖、中國外交部駐港特派員公署代表等出席。當晚,首爾藝術團演出了《農樂》與《扇舞》、專業男女混音無伴奏合唱組合 MayTree獻唱流行及韓國經典歌曲,FLYING演出啦啦隊短劇,為現場觀眾帶來韓國傳統及當代藝術體驗。

In this Festive Korea, Korea Consulate first collaborated with Asia Society to present ‘An Evening of Korean Arts’ on 2 October 2013 in JC Hall of Asia Society Hong Kong Centre. Over two hundred honorable guests from art, media, academic and sports area in Hong Kong gathered and enjoyed the evening. Honorable Secretary General of Sports Federation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong Mr. Pang Chung, representative from Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Hong Kong attended the event. Seoul Performing Arts Company brought to audience traditional Korean fan dance and Samulnori musical, professional mixed acappella group MayTree sang classic and pop Korean songs while FLYING played short cheering comedy. The three-part program showcased the best of both traditional and contemporary Korean performing arts.

「韓國十月文化節」的古典音樂節目巨星雲集,在國際樂壇揚名立萬的亞洲小提琴家鄭京和、具領導地位的演奏家梁盛植,以及著名的韓國室內樂團為香港和澳門的樂迷帶來多場精彩演出。

Festive Korea offered classical music lovers star-studded concerts this year. One of the first Asians in her field to break into the international arena, Korean violinist Kyung-Wha Chung, world-class musician Sung-sic Yang and highly accomplished Korean Chamber Orchestra displayed their prolific music talent in Hong Kong and Macao.

韓國室內樂團與澳門樂團攜手合作,於二零一三年十月十九日在澳門文化中心綜合劇院為逾一千位觀眾送上「英雄生涯」音樂會,精彩演奏了理查德•施特勞斯的經典曲目,默契十足,搭配著名女高音艾嘉•米高妮清澈如銀鈴的歌聲,帶領樂迷探索古典音樂的魅力。外交部駐澳特派員公署副特派員張金鳳、中聯辦文教部副部長張曉光,文化局副局長梁曉鳴、文化活動廳廳長楊子健,澳大校董會主席謝志偉等到場欣賞。

Highly accomplished Korean Chamber Orchestra and Macao Orchestra jointly amazed more than 1,000 audiences in ‘A Hero’s Life’ concert on 19 October 2013 in Macao Cultural Centre Grand Auditorium with their wonderful performance. On the same wavelength, the two orchestras presented Richard Strauss’ Vier Letzte Lieder and Ein Heldenleben. They were joined on stage by renowned soprano Aga Mikolaj, frequently praised for her silvery vocal quality and seamless legato line. Deputy Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Macao Ms. Zhang Jinfeng, Vice President of Cultural Affairs Bureau of Macao Dr. Leung Hio Ming, Director of Cultural Events Department Mr. Ieong Chi Kin and Chairman of Macao University Council Dr. Tse Chi Wai attended the concert.

由韓國室內樂團音樂總監、指揮金旻與亞洲天才小提琴家申智妸攜手演出的「心弦意動」音樂會在二零一三年十月二十一日在澳門崗頂劇院上演,劇院二百七十六個座位全滿,音樂會展現了不同時期、地域的音樂風格,讓聽衆感受興起於德奧的古典室內樂、在與其他民族音樂交融過程中的蛻變。

On 21 October 2013, the Dom Pedro V Theatre welcomed the Korean Chamber Orchestra, one of the leading chamber orchestras both at home and abroad. In this concert, the orchestra joined hands with one of the most promising violinists in Asia, Zia Shin, to showcase music of different period and geographical style, leading listeners to experience the transformation of German and Austrian classical chamber music. The 276-seat theatre was full with audiences.

蜚聲國際的大師級小提琴演奏家鄭京和是當今最出色的音樂家之一。她在一九六七年贏得顯赫的利維特比賽後,便開展了輝煌的國際演奏生涯,與無數的傑出指揮家和世界頂尖樂團合作,並灌錄了大量廣受好評的唱片,至今已屹立樂壇四十年之久。本年十月二十四日及十月三十一日,鄭京和分別在澳門文化中心劇院及香港文化中心音樂廳送上兩場精彩音樂會。她聯同極具才華的美國鋼琴家凱文‧肯納同臺演奏貝多芬,葛利格及莫札特的奏鳴曲,共吸引二千五百位港澳樂迷到場欣賞

World-class Korean violin soloist and recitalist Kyung-wah Chung is among the most distinguished performers today. Her brilliant concert career has already spanned 40 years, following immediately after her triumph in the prestigious Leventritt Competition in 1967. On 24 and 31 October, Kyung-wah Chung performed in Macao Cultural Centre Grand Auditorium and Hong Kong Cultural Centre Concert Hall. Collaborated with talented American pianist Kevin Kenner, the violinist presented to 2,500 audiences from Hong Kong and Macao sonatas composed by Beethoven, Grieg and Mozart.

享譽樂壇的韓國小提琴家梁盛植應邀來港與本地優秀青少年管弦樂團 Pro Arte 於二零一三年十月十八日在理工大學賽馬會綜藝館獻上《布魯赫小提琴協奏曲》音樂會。梁盛植是當代其中一位最具領導地位的小提琴演奏家,於一九八八年贏得倫敦費利殊國際小提琴比賽首名而揚名海外。活躍於國際舞台的梁氏連連獲邀到歐美各大城市,與世界著名指揮大師及管弦樂團同台演出。這次音樂會的演出曲目包括德伏札克的狂歡節序曲及布魯赫的G小調第一小提琴協奏曲,共一千名觀眾入場欣賞。

Renowned violinist Sung-sic Yang, collaborated with local orchestra Pro Arte, presented ‘SungSic Yang’s Bruch Violin Concerto’, on 18 October 2013 in Jockey Club Auditorium of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. As the first grand prize winner of the 1988 Carl Flesch International Violin Competition in London, Sungsic Yang has established himself as one of the leading violinists of his generation. Dvorak’s ‘Carnival Overture’ and Bruch’s ‘Violin Concerto No. 1 in G minor’ were played, 1,000 audiences have attended the concert.

現代音樂
曾代表韓國到美國白宮演出的人氣音樂組合 SOREA於二零一三年十月五至六日在海運大廈露天廣場作首次免費公開演出。團員身穿短版韓服、演奏著杖鼓、大琴、伽倻琴及奚琴,以嶄新方法演繹傳統韓國樂器,將樂、歌、舞融合表演,吸引兩萬名觀眾到場觀看。

Korea’s popular music band SOREA, once performed at White House in USA, astonished Hong Kong people with their music talent in two public shows in Harbor City Ocean Terminal Forecourt on 5-6 October 2013. Dressed in short Hanbok, band members played traditional Korean instruments Janggu, Daegeum, Kayageum and Haegeum with modern dances, attracted 20,000 audiences.

首爾國際無伴奏合唱大賽中獲得「最佳人聲敲擊樂獎」的專業男女混音無伴奏合唱組合 MayTree於二零一三年十月三至四日在藝穗會奶庫進行兩場演出,逾二百位音樂愛好者出席。MayTree以純粹的人聲演繹各種樂器的聲音並唱出多首經典金曲,包括Lady Gaga的《Born This Way》、改編自紅遍全球韓國歌手PSY的《Oppa Hong Kong Style》。MayTree更即興與全場觀眾一同和音,氣氛熱烈,音樂會最後在一首國語歌《朋友》的悠揚樂韻下完美結束。

MayTree is a professional mixed acappella group which won ‘The Best Vocal Percussionist Prize’ in Seoul International A Cappella Competition, they impressed more than 200 music lovers with beautiful voice and powerful vocal drum in two concerts on 3-4 October 2013 in Fringe Dairy of the Fringe Club. MayTree resembled sounds of various musical instruments with human voices, they presented Lady Gaga’s ‘Born This Way’, ‘Oppa Hong Kong Style’ converted from song of hot Korean pop singer PSY, and a Chinese song ‘Friend’.
