我們很高興在此宣佈第十一屆韓國十月文化節正式開鑼。「韓國十月文化節」是個充滿活力的慶典，自二零一一年開辦至今，透過推出各種豐富又有趣的文化活動，讓香港市民欣賞到韓國文化的不同面貌和魅力。
感謝香港為防控疫情所付出的努力，令我們今年能為大家帶來一連串實體活動。第十一屆「韓國十月文化節」將為各位提供一系列富有意義的線下活動，包括開放式市集、世界知名音樂家演奏會、韓國電影放映會等，不能盡錄。
文化是一道不可或缺的橋樑，連繫着世界上每個角落的人、擴闊大家的視野，讓來自不同背景的人互相瞭解。
我深信「韓國十月文化節」是個讓香港人切身感受韓國文化，加深對韓國認識的寶貴機會。毫無疑問，「韓國十月文化節」的影響力將會延續下去，繼續擔當鞏固港韓關係、促進兩地文化交流的角色。

Festive Korea Foreword from Mr. BAEK Yong-chun, Consul General of the Republic of Korea in Hong Kong

We are proud to announce the official opening of the 11th Festive Korea, a vibrant festival full of rich and enjoyable Korean cultural programs. Since its launch in 2011, Festive Korea has provided an occasion to share various aspects and charms of Korean culture in Hong Kong.
Thanks to Hong Kong's efforts to prevent and control the epidemic, we can present a series of in-person events to Hong Kong citizens this year. The 11th Festive Korea will guide you through a variety of inspiring offline programs such as a marketplace, performances by world-renowned musicians and K-film screenings.
Culture plays a vital role as a bridge that connects people across borders, widens perspectives, and helps people from different backgrounds to understand each other better.
I believe that Festive Korea will provide precious opportunities for Hong Kong people to experience Korean culture and deepen their understanding of Korea. Furthermore, I have no doubt that Festive Korea will continue to play its unique role in enhancing the bilateral relationship and promoting cultural exchanges between Korea and Hong Kong.
The Consulate General of the Republic of Korea would like to express its sincere gratitude to the Government of Hong Kong SAR, all partner organizations, and artists for their genuine interest and generous support.
