有關「2016 年熊本地震」的捐款事宜
衷心感謝各位對是次「以熊本縣熊本地區為震源的地震」所作出的關懷與慰問,並提出向受影響災區捐助善款的建議。
有關捐款可從以下四個途徑捐贈至災區,詳情如下:
1.透過駐香港日本國總領事館之指定銀行戸口捐款
為了接收各界人士所捐出的善款,駐香港日本國總領事館現開設了以下指定銀行戸口。而此戸口所集得之捐款,將全數撥捐給當地災民。

● 若想捐助「義捐金」
捐贈至日本紅十字會戸口的捐款,會被歸類為「救援金」。如果 閣下想將捐款以「義捐金」而非「救援金」形式捐贈到災區,請把捐款存到日本紅十字會戸口後,發電郵通知日本紅十字會(電郵地址: donation@jrc.or.jp),内容須列明
①「是以義援金形式捐款」、②捐款人姓名、③金額、④捐款日期、⑤捐款人所使用之銀行名稱。
※ 日本紅十字會對「義捐金」及「救援金」的定義
義捐金:由日本紅十字會將善款遞送給受災地區政府之捐款分派委員會,再由該委員會把善款分發給災民。
救援金:支助日本紅十字會對是次震災的救援活動。
● 有關發出捐款收據的事宜
若捐款至日本紅十字會戸口,原則上是不會發出收據的。若 閣下想領取收據,請把捐款存到日本紅十字會戸口後,發電郵至日本紅十字會(電郵地址:
donation@jrc.or.jp),内容須列明
①「欲領取捐款收據」、②捐款人姓名、③金額、④捐款日期、⑤捐款人所使用之銀行名稱。
3.透過香港紅十字會指定銀行戸口捐款
香港本地之紅十字會亦有開設指定銀行戸口接收捐款,詳情請瀏覽香港紅十字會網頁。(市民亦可在網上捐款。)

Regarding Donations for the Earthquake Centered in the Kumamoto Region
The Consulate-General of Japan would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to those who have expressed their condolences and sympathy and offered donations to the people affected by the earthquake centered in the Kumamoto Region of Kumamoto Prefecture.
For those who would like to make donations to people in the affected area, please use one of the 4 methods as detailed below:

An account has been created by the Consulate-General of Japan in Hong Kong for the receipt of donations. All the donations accepted in this account will be forwarded and distributed to people affected by the earthquake.

“Points to note for making donations to the JRCS”
There are two kinds of donations to the Japanese Red Cross Society (JRCS).
The "Gienkin (Relief Donation)" will be sent directly to the donation distribution committees at local governments of the affected area and will be provided to the affected people in cash. Meanwhile, " Kyuenkin (Donation for JRCS activities)" will be used to cover JRCS’s relief activities in the area affected by this earthquake.
In Principle, JRCS is accepting donations from overseas as "Kyuenkin (Donation for JRCS activities)". If you wish your donation to be used as "Gienkin (Relief Donation)",
please inform JRCS via e-mail (donation@jrc.or.jp ) and include the following information after you have made the transfer:
1.Intention for your donation to be treated as “ Gienkin (Relief Donation)”
2.Name of the sender
3.The amount donated
4.Date of transfer
5.The bank from which the money was transferred to JRCS
The Japanese Red Cross Society, in principle, does not issue a receipt for donations. If you wish to obtain a receipt, please inform JRCS via e-mail (donation@jrc.or.jp) and include the following information after you have made the transfer:
