汽車工業在流體的傳輸領域所經歷的變化是巨大的,包括燃料油、潤滑油、空氣、水,等等的傳輸。這些變化導致科雷爾高公司重新思考擠壓成形的工藝,並圍繞四個基本點開發生產設備,從而為汽車領域開發了專用的生產線。一是速度可變,也就是可調的模具注入速度,注塑的速度根據管路的形狀,該加速時加速,該減速時減速。二是長度可變,根據所要生產的零件的長度,注塑的長度也是可變的,生產注塑成型管道的廠家必須接受汽車生產商的要求,生產各種批量的注塑管道。採用真空技術,可以使產品的品質達到最佳,對零件的形狀和材料沒有什麼要求。第三是切割系統具有兩種運行模式,一種是按照預選設定的長度進行切割,另一種則是根據所探測到的確切形狀進行切割。對於技術套管的切割來說,形狀的探測是最為理想的,其探測精度在0.2毫米 到 0.5毫米。

雙層內壁的擠壓生產線用於對公共工程業對地下電力網、飲用水管網、煤氣管網和電信管網實施保護之用。用這樣的生產線生產的雙層壁環紋管道特點是內壁是光滑,而外壁則是環紋狀,兩層防護壁都採用聚乙烯基材料。這種管道的產品形式分為兩種,一種是二十五米到一百米的環形,一種是六米的棒形。科雷爾高公司開發的三種擠壓生產線生產的管道直徑可以從40毫米一直到250毫米。
採用RICAL®擠壓生產工藝為網格生產線的開發提供了方便。根據客戶所要求的生產類型,這種生產線包括一個擠壓和冷卻單元,一個單方嚮導向槽,一個雙方嚮導向槽,以及一個盤繞系統和自動切斷裝置。所生產的網格可以有多種用途,可用於工業市場,也可以家用。

Sweeping changes in the methods used by the automotive industry to transport fluids, fuel, oil, air and water have led Corelco to reconsider extrusion. Specific lines were developed for the sector based on the following four key features. Variable speed, which means modulable molding speeds that can speed up or slow down depending on the profile of the pipe being produced. Variable length, based on the length of the parts being produced; the process must accept any pipe production series required by automobile manufacturers. Vacuum technology results in optimum product quality without restricting the options for profiles or materials. And finally, a cutting system with two modes of operation: one with pre-determined lengths and one that bases the length on the specific profile it detects. Profile detection is ideal for cutting technical couplings, offering an average precision of between 0.2 and 0.5 mm.
Corelco is able to adapt along with the market for electrical conduits, offering innovative, reliable solutions that meet the productivity criteria of its clients. Already a forerunner in pre-wired extrusion lines as early as 1993, Corelco has now attained production speeds on the order of 39 meters per minute. Rather than inserting the electrical wires after extruding the sheath, the Corelco process consists of extruding the corrugated pipe around the wires, resulting in a finished, ready-to-use product. In compliance with European standards, the flame retardant pre-wired pipes are produced at high speed. The process accepts any type of wire, whether rigid or flexible.
Double-wall extrusion lines are designed for manufacturers in the civil engineering sector and used to protect buried electrical, drinking water, gas and telecommunications infrastructures. These double-wall corrugated pipes are characterized by a smooth inner wall and a corrugated outer wall, both made of a polyethylene base. Two types of products are available: 25- to 100-meter coils or 6-meter bars. The 3 types of extrusion lines developed by Corelco cover a diameter range of between 40 and 250 mm.
The RICAL® extrusion process has enabled the development of a full line of netting. Depending on the type of product requested, these lines include an extrusion and cooling unit, a mono-orientation unit (MDO) and a bi orientation unit (TDO), and a winder with an automatic cutter. The variety of
netting that can be produced covers a broad range of applications for both the industrial and domestic markets.
As a designer and manufacturer of extrusion lines, Corelco has mastered the entire process, from designing and startup to production and client training.
