泰國駐香港及澳門總領事 Chakri Srichawana 獻辭

二零一二年十二月五日(星期三)是泰皇普密蓬‧阿杜德陛下八十五歲壽辰日，本人謹代表泰國駐中華人民共和國香港特別行政區及澳門特別行政區總領事館、居於香港和澳門的泰國人社群，與泰皇國人民一道向國皇陛下表達我們對他的深切忠誠和愛戴。

國皇普密蓬陛下登基六十六年，是世上在位時間最長的君主。他致力為改善泰國人民的生活貢獻出其智慧和畢生精力。他訪問泰國每一角落的人民，從而獲得人民遇到那些困難的第一手資料。他並倡議多種類型的發展項目，涵蓋從教育、保健至灌溉和農業項目，旨在整體上提高貧窮人口的收入。他的自力更生經濟理論成為泰國人民的指導明燈或自救智慧，並帶領人民活在全球一體化的世界。國皇陛下對泰國及泰國人民的獻身精神贏得全體泰國人民的心扉，因此我們尊稱他是「大地之父」。

作為泰國駐香港及澳門總領事，本人高興地得悉在過去的數年間，泰國與香港及澳門人民與人民之間強大與興旺的聯繫有所加強，並促使我們的關係更形緊密，這是泰國 – 中國策略性夥伴不可或缺的重要角色。作為二零一二 – 二零一五東盟 – 中國對話關係協調國，泰國將努力不懈地加強和深化東盟和中國的合作，從而達至東亞共同體在這地區和平與興旺的長遠目標。

國皇陛下對國家的繁盛作出無限的貢獻，在其八十五歲壽辰日，本人樂與泰國、香港、澳門人民一道，祝願國皇普密蓬‧阿杜德陛下身體健康和幸福。

Message from Mr. Chakri Srichawana, Consul-General of the Royal Thai Consulate-General for the Occasion ofHis Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s 85th Birthday Anniversary
Wednesday 5th December 2012

On behalf of the Royal Thai Consulate-General in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macau Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, together with all the Thai people and communities living in Hong Kong and Macao, we join the people of the Kingdom of Thailand to present our deep loyalty and devotion to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej on His 85th Birthday on Wednesday December 5th, 2012.

Throughout 66 years on the throne which is the longest reigning monarch in the world, His Majesty King Bhumibol has dedicated his wisdom and working lifetime to the betterment of the livelihood of the Thai people. He has visited every corner of Thailand to meet his people in order to gain firsthand understanding of their problems and initiate various types of development projects ranging from education, healthcare to irrigation and agricultural projects aimed at uplifting the poor and generating income for all. His theory of Sufficiency Economy provides the Thais as a guiding light or wisdom to survive and lead their lives in the Globalization world. His Majesty’s dedication to Thailand and the Thai people wins the hearts of all Thais and we respect him as “Father of the Land.”

As Consul-General of Thailand to Hong Kong and Macau, I am very delighted to learn that the strong and flourishing people-to-people contacts between Thailand and Hong Kong as well as Thailand and Macau have strengthened our close and cordial relations during the past years and played an integral and important role in the Thailand-China strategic partnership. As the Country Coordinator for ASEAN-China Dialogue Relations from 2012 to 2015, Thailand will work tirelessly to strengthening and deepening the cooperation between ASEAN and China to achieve the long-term goal of building an East Asian community for peace and prosperity in our region.

As a tribute to His Majesty's boundless contributions for the prosperity of the nation, I would like to join the peoples of Thailand, Hong Kong and Macau in wishing His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej a good health and happiness on his 85th Birthday Anniversary.
